Data Analyst (Healthcare) - Erwin Data ModulerWe are seeking a Data Analyst with strong healthcare domain knowledge (Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial plans) and expertise in HIPAA, PHI, and PII compliance. Must have 5+ years of experience in Data Modeling using Erwin, with strong skills in OLTP, OLAP, MDM, Dimensional modeling, and Data Governance. Advanced SQL programming and query optimization skills are required.
Experience in Data Quality, Profiling, and Metadata Management is essential. Preferred experience with Azure Data Services, Snowflake, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau). Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are a must.
