Operational Effectiveness ConsultingTravel Required: Up to 10%Clearance Required: Active SecretWhat You Will Do:Evaluating processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions (using ESRI and MAVEN Smart Systems)Leading ongoing reviews of current operations processes and developing optimization strategiesRespond to live requests and events with clientsConducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findingsDeveloping visualizations for high priority client needs using mapping and data science tools, all within MAVEN Smart SystemsPerforming requirements analysisDocumenting and communicating the results of your effortsEffectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and managementGathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports and visualizationsWorking closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staffEnsuring solutions meet client needs and requirements through internal reviewsManaging projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performanceUpdating, implementing, documenting, and maintaining proceduresPrioritizing initiatives based on client needs and requirementsManaging competing resources and prioritiesMonitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projectsWhat You Will Need:An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearanceo Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearanceBachelor's degree; FOUR (4) years of military, GIS, or data analysis related equivalent experience may be used in lieu of degreeTHREE (3) or more years' experience in IT or Data AnalysisWhat Would Be Nice To Have:An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skillsExperience with MAVEN Smart Systems or Palantir systemsExperience using ESRI products and geospatial toolsFamiliarity with Department of Defense (DoD) environments and operationsExperience with transportation management systemsExperience supporting or delivering large scale IT system deploymentsThe annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$113,000.00.
