Senior Data Analyst - TreasuryCharlotte, NC - hybrid onsite 12+ monthsRequirements:Treasury experience is not required, however, must have understanding of bank balance sheets (fundamentals, able to read bank assets, liabilities, equities)3+ years of proven experience in data analysis using SQL/Python or similar tools (data transformation, analytics, large relational databases)3+ years of technical solution design to business problems3+ JIRA and/or Agile experienceDay to day:Perform data analysis and testing for treasury management processes to ensure accuracy and complianceDesign and document technical solutions to address complex business challenges and optimize processesCollaborate with data providers, peers, technology teams and senior business partners to resolve issues and achieve goalsTranslate complex data findings to clear actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersKnowledge of financial institution balance sheet fundamentals, product offerings, and balance sheet management practicesPlease provide years of experience in the following:Data analysis using SQL/Python or similar tools (data transformation, analytics, large relational databases)Technical solution design to business problems: JIRA and/or Agile experience
