Owning and delivering analytics solutions, the full-time remote Data Analyst (Business Intelligence) will support operational and financial decision-making by ensuring the accuracy, usability, and reliability of data products while collaborating with various teams to develop scalable analytics solutions. Key responsibilities: Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and key business drivers Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success metrics Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports while writing and optimizing SQL queries Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field Experience with Snowflake and SQL environments Strong SQL proficiency and analytical problem-solving skills Experience with healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data Experience with ETL processes and pipelines
