Years of Experience Required: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

1. Minimum 8 years’ Experience in Data Strategy & Governance – Visionary in aligning data with business outcomes while ensuring compliance and quality.

2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in Predictive Analytics & Scoring – Skilled in building engagement models to power ABM and personalization.

3. Minimum 7 years’ experience with Customer Journey Analytics – Expert in mapping and optimizing cross-channel journeys using behavioral data.

Core Skills:

Data Strategy & Governance – Visionary in aligning data with business outcomes while ensuring compliance and quality.

Predictive Analytics & Scoring – Skilled in building engagement models to power ABM and personalization.

Customer Journey Analytics – Expert in mapping and optimizing cross-channel journeys using behavioral data.

Data Storytelling & Executive Reporting – Adept at translating insights into strategic narratives and dashboards.

B2B Marketing Expertise – Deep understanding of modern B2B marketing, automation, and digital channels.

Leadership & Collaboration – Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and team empowerment.

Technical Proficiency – Experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and SQL.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics) and 4+ years in analytics, BI, or data science

OR Master’s degree and 2+ years of experience

3–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment

Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution
