To support the VA Zero Trust acceleration effort, the full-time Dashboard Specialist will develop and maintain visual reporting components, transforming data into decision-ready scorecards and dashboards while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain visual components of Monthly Maturity Scorecards and executive dashboards Create visualizations for maturity trends, implementation progress, and risk assessments Partner with data engineering to automate data refreshes and ensure consistent metric definitions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related field Three or more years of experience in dashboard, business intelligence, or data visualization Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms Experience translating complex technical data into concise executive visualizations Strong data quality and documentation skills
