DARPA Program Scheduler & AnalystA motivated and detail-oriented Program Scheduler & Analyst is sought to support a program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) while also monitoring program risks, opportunities, and efficiencies. This dual role requires a unique blend of scheduling expertise and analytical skills to ensure programs are on track and to provide critical insights for programmatic decisions.

The candidate should be conversant in topics related to space programs.Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program portfolioMonitor and analyze integrated program risks and opportunities (IPRO) management, providing actionable recommendations to program leadershipTrack and report on program efficiencies, identifying areas for improvementProvide regular status updates, performance metrics, and schedule forecasts to the Program Manager and other stakeholdersConduct schedule-related trade-off analyses to support informed decision-makingCollaborate with government and performer program teams to ensure the schedule reflects the current program status and to gather data for analysisPrepare and present briefings on schedule status, risk analysis, and program performance to leadership and stakeholdersSupport program reviews and other stakeholder engagementsDesired Capabilities and Characteristics:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management with 10+ years of experience in program scheduling and/or program analysisHas PMP or PMI Scheduling Professional certificationDemonstrated experience in creating and managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex space programsProven experience in risk, opportunity, and efficiency analysis across a program portfolioExperience working with DoD programs and an understanding of their unique requirementsProficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and other program management toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesMust be able to obtain and maintain a secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.Compensation Details:$120K-$140KThe compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
