Responsibilities

• Analyze player data to identify trends and potential issues related to responsible gaming
• Develop, implement, and refine responsible gaming initiatives and educational materials
• Engage with players to provide resources and support for responsible gaming practices
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure responsible gaming policies are effectively communicated and adhered to
• Create and present reports on player behavior and the effectiveness of responsible gaming strategies
• Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, legislation, and best practices in responsible gaming
• Conduct training sessions for staff regarding responsible gaming awareness and policies

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a related role within the iGaming industry
• Fluent in Danish and proficient in English; additional language skills are a bonus
• Knowledge and understanding of responsible gaming practices and regulations
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with effective organizational abilities
• A proactive team player with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to relocate to Malta
