We are building a strong, people-powered campaign and are looking for a motivated Campaign Fellow to help our team in a variety of areas in order to lay the groundwork for taking on Republican Congressman Andy Harris.The Campaign Fellow is an entry-level support role responsible for assisting with a wide range of campaign activities as needed, including administrative support, field organizing, event assistance, outreach, scheduling, and other operational tasks. This position is intended to provide flexible, general support across campaign functions, helping fill gaps, meet emerging needs, and contribute to the overall success of campaign operations in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport field organizing activities including canvassing, phone banking, voter registration, and volunteer recruitment and managementStaff and support fundraising events, meet-and-greets, and other political engagementsAssist with community and donor outreach to identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersSupport scheduling and logistics for meetings with community groups, elected officials, donors, and coalition partnersTrack organizing and finance activities using campaign tools and databasesRepresent the campaign professionally at public events and in community settingsFill various gapsQualificationsPrior experience in political organizing, campaign work, community outreach, or a related field is a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse constituenciesSelf-starter with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently and collaborativelyFamiliarity with VAN, NGP, or similar campaign platforms is a plusValid driver's license and access to reliable transportation requiredSpanish is a plus
