Dallas - Business Litigation Associate

Winstead PC is seeking a 5-6 year attorney for a position with our Business Litigation practice group in Dallas. We are seeking an associate with experience in complex litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Business Litigation Experience

Experience in drafting and arguing motion and experience in taking depositions. Additionally, experience in research, document review, drafting pleadings and experience in discovery is required.

Real Estate Litigation Experience

Experience in real estate litigation is preferred but not required.

Financial Services Litigation Experience

Experience in representing lenders and with financial services litigation is preferred, but not required.

Strong academics

Candidates should have strong academic credentials.

Writing skills

Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
