In this role, you will coordinate dairy inventory, quality, and distribution to restaurant, institutional, and retail customers across the Western U.S. You will manage ordering, forecasting, product rotation, and temperature control to ensure food safety and freshness.
Partnering closely with sales, transportation, and warehouse teams, you’ll help meet customer demand, resolve service issues, and support margin and productivity goals in a fast-paced, people-focused, family-owned environment.
