What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in a dental assisting role.
- A team player with a passion for high-quality patient care.
- Completion of a recognized dental assisting program
- Current Dental Assistant Level II (DA2) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Prepare patients for dental procedures by ensuring comfort and explaining what to expect during their visit.
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.
- Sterilize dental instruments and prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist and ensure all images are of diagnostic quality.
-Update patient records with information about treatments performed, procedures scheduled, and any concerns raised by patients.
- Provide patients with post-treatment care instructions and guidance on oral hygiene and preventive practices.
- Prepare and mix dental materials such as fillings, impressions, and bonding agents as needed for procedures. xawqmyg
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient communications, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
