D365 Technical Architect

We’re looking for a D365 Technical Architect to join a growing renewable energy company and help support its continued investment in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) .

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking complicated systems and processes and turning them into documentation that people can actually use. You’ll work closely with IT, business teams, and D365 users to help improve how information is shared across the organization. The company operates large-scale manufacturing facilities and is continuing to invest in technology, systems, and process improvements. Your work will have a direct impact on how teams use D365 and how efficiently they can do their jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain D365 F&O documentation , including user guides, SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Work with IT, functional teams, and business users to understand how D365 processes work.
• Turn technical information into clear, easy-to-follow documentation .
• Document system workflows, business processes, and changes to D365.
• Help develop training materials and resources for D365 users.
• Keep documentation current as the system and business processes evolve.
• Work with subject matter experts across areas such as supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, maintenance, finance, and operations .
• Help improve consistency and standardization across D365 processes.
• Support D365 implementations, enhancements, and other technology projects.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) .
• Experience creating technical, system, or business process documentation.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to take complex information and explain it in a simple, straightforward way.
• Experience creating SOPs, user guides, work instructions, or training materials .

Nice to Have:

• Experience with D365 Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, or Asset Management .
• Experience supporting a D365 implementation, upgrade, or transformation.
• Manufacturing, industrial, energy, or other large-scale operating experience.
• Experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Business process mapping or change management experience.
