D365 Technical AnalystEl Segundo, CALiquid I.V. is seeking a focused and technically driven IT Technical Analyst with strong communication skills to support end users and maintain the day-to-day operations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). This role is responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across D365 F&O and integrated systems such as Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps.
The D365 Technical Analyst will manage user access, perform system configuration updates, support reporting activities, and ensure all processes adhere to established SOX compliance requirements.Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:Application & End User SupportProvide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), assisting end users with application issues, questions, and requestsTriage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to D365 F&O and integrated systems in a timely mannerCommunicate clearly with end users to understand issues, provide status updates, and explain resolutions in non-technical termsEscalate complex or unresolved issues to senior analysts, developers, or vendors as appropriateSystem Operations & MaintenanceSupport daily operational activities within D365 F&O, including monitoring system processes, batch jobs, and integrationsAssist with user account management, security roles, and access requests in accordance with internal controlsPerform basic system configuration changes, master data maintenance, reporting, and support under established guidelinesAssist with testing system updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure stability and functionalityEnvironment management suchsDocumentation, Compliance & CollaborationDocument incidents, resolutions, and support procedures to maintain accurate system and audit recordsFollow established IT policies, change management processes, and SOX compliance requirementsCollaborate with internal IT teams and business stakeholders to support continuous system improvementContribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation to improve end-user experienceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experienceMinimum 2 years of experience in a technical capacity in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), or 3+ years of experience in an IT, application support, or technology-focused environmentExpertise in incident management, ticketing systems, and IT support processesExperience supporting or working with ERP systems, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations contextExperience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and knowledge base articlesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve issues effectivelyDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive assigned tasks to completion with minimal supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiencesProven interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and OperationsExperience working in a SOX-controlled or regulated environment is preferredExperience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry is a plusWhat We Give:100% company-paid medical, dental and vision insurance for employees (PPO, HMO and Kaiser options).A 401k plan with company match, short and long-term disability coverage.A generous PTO and sick policy that includes 13+ paid annual holidays.Wellness classes (fitness, mental health, nutrition, finance, etc).An Employee Assistance Program, including membership for guided meditation for all employees.Monthly tech and wellness reimbursement.An infinite supply of Liquid I.V. for endless hydration!Work Environment:This role is Hybrid office environment with flexibility for industry eventsCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.The compensation band for this position is $77,400 - $116,000 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
