Owning the technical design and delivery integrity of enterprise CE/CX solutions, the full-time D365 CE Technical Architect will lead architecture for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical architecture for D365 CE and Power Platform programs, including solution topology and integration patterns Own technical design authority across configuration, custom code, and third-party integrations while partnering with functional architects Provide technical leadership to delivery teams through design reviews, code reviews, and issue resolution Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Microsoft Power Platform Deep understanding of Dataverse security, environment strategy, and data model design Experience designing integrations using APIs and Azure Integration Services Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, and Power BI as they relate to CE/CX programs Recommended certifications: PL-600, PL-400, PL-200, or relevant D365 CE credentials
