D365 CE Senior Consultant

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote D365 CE Senior Consultant will gather requirements, configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities, and assist clients in adopting practical CRM/CX solutions while guiding junior resources. Key responsibilities Participate in discovery and design sessions to capture business requirements and configuration decisions Configure D365 CE and Power Platform features, including model-driven apps, dashboards, and business process flows Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials while supporting project execution and user adoption Required qualifications 4+ years' experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or comparable CRM platforms Working knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integration Ability to produce clear documentation and manage assigned work effectively Understanding of agile delivery, user stories, and change/adoption fundamentals Recommended certifications: PL-200; MB-280, MB-230, MB-240, or relevant CE module certifications preferred
