D365 CE Senior Consultant

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant will gather requirements, configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities, and assist clients in adopting effective CRM/CX solutions while guiding junior resources. Key responsibilities Participate in discovery and design sessions to capture business requirements and configuration decisions Configure D365 CE and Power Platform features, including model-driven apps, dashboards, and business process flows Prepare functional design documents, training materials, and support backlog refinement and testing activities Required qualifications 4+ years of experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or comparable CRM platforms Working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integration concepts Ability to produce clear documentation and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams Understanding of agile delivery, user stories, and change/adoption fundamentals Recommended certifications: PL-200; MB-280, MB-230, MB-240, or relevant CE module certifications preferred
