Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to support our Business Central/NAV practice. This role involves leading implementations, delivering pre‑sales discovery and demonstrations, and providing ongoing client support. The ideal candidate is client‑focused, proactive, and skilled at translating business needs into effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle D365 Business Central implementations across finance, manufacturing, and warehousing.
• Translate client requirements into functional solutions, integrations, and ISV recommendations.
• Manage client relationships through responsive communication and issue resolution.
• Conduct training, testing, and change management during deployment.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Create functional documentation, Fit‑Gap analyses, and testing plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with D365 Business Central or NAV implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance and operational modules.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead client workshops and translate business needs into solutions.
• Experience with project coordination and cross‑functional collaboration.
