We're hiring a Business Analyst – MS Dynamics 365
Join our team supporting the transition from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 . We’re looking for someone experienced — no time for ramp-up — with at least 2 years hands-on Dynamics 365 work.
Base pay
Base pay range
$45.00/hr - $55.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Run and eventually write test cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Execute testing, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements
- Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking and documentation
Must Have
- 2+ years with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Customer Insights, etc.)
- Strong skills in writing user stories, testing, troubleshooting
- Automation testing and scripting knowledge
Nice to Have
- Dynamics 365 certifications
- Power Platform familiarity (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
