We're looking for an experienced Canvassing Manager to lead, train, and grow a door-to-door team for a fast-growing Florida window, door, and roofing company.
This isn't a desk-only management role. You'll be in the field, coaching your team and helping drive production.
What You'll Do:
- Interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers
- Lead team meetings and coaching sessions
- Train in the field and lead by example
- Build neighborhood mapping and route strategies
- Track performance and improve team production
You Should Have:
- Proven door-to-door canvassing management experience
- Home improvement or related home-services experience
- Experience building and training canvassing teams
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Must have a car or truck
Compensation:
- Earn $100K-$125K
- Salary + Commission + Overrides
