D.C. Licensed Nurse Practitioner

To provide holistic, evidence-based care through a remote technology platform, the full-time Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner will independently assess, diagnose, treat, and manage health problems for patients aged 18 months and above, working evenings on weekends. Key responsibilities: Deliver holistic patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling Evaluate primary care and transitional care patients while providing healthcare education and counseling Document patient care within an EHR and coordinate with internal and external healthcare colleagues Required qualifications: Current unrestricted D.C. Nurse Practitioner license Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with National Board Certification Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a healthcare team Proficiency in information management and technology
