Job Description
We are looking for a Czech‑Speaking Customer Service Agent to support customers on behalf of Miele. Based in Greece, you will answer customer enquiries remotely via telephone, email, and online chat. Full training is provided.

Qualifications
- You must have a C1/C2 level of Czech, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
- You must have a valid EU passport.
- You must be living in Greece, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
