JobResponsibilities:
- Examinegynecologicandnon-gynecologicslidesunderamicroscopetoidentifyinfections,abnormalcells,andsignsofdisease
- AssistclinicianswithRapidOn-SiteEvaluations(ROSE)duringdiagnosticprocedures
- AccuratelydocumentslidescreeningsandmaintainrequiredCLIArecords
- Ensureproperspecimenidentificationandmaintainspecimenintegritythroughouttesting
- ProtectpatientconfidentialityandfollowHIPAAguidelines
- FollowalllaboratorypoliciesandcomplywithCLIA,CAP,CMS,andotherregulatoryrequirements
- Participateinannualproficiencytestingandongoingqualityassuranceprograms
