Equinox's Washington DC locations are seeking CyclingInstructors. We offer three cycling lanes—Road, Competition, and Beats—and a 7-week paid mentorship program (Equinox Cycle Pro) to prepare instructors for the lane best suited to their skills.
Some candidates may begin teaching immediately after mentorship. Post-mentorship, instructors deliver the Equinox Experience, adapt class intensity for participants, and monitor effort throughout sessions.
