In this key position, you'll use your skills and expertise to ensure the integrity of our inventory and help keep our business running smoothly.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:20 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour Location: Ontario, CA 91761What You'll Do:Conduct daily cycle counts and physically verify inventory, comparing hands-on results to system recordsThoroughly investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventoryMaintain accurate records and detailed documentation of all cycle countsStrictly adhere to established inventory control procedures—your diligence safeguards our operations!Communicate findings clearly with the team responsible for inventory managementOperate forklifts safely to access and move inventory as neededOther assigned duties to support warehouse operationsWhat You'll Need to Succeed:2+ years of experience in a similar position and certified forklift operation experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus)Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills (both oral and written)Ability to work independently and demonstrate outstanding attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Must be able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periodsWillingness to follow policies, procedures, and all safety guidelinesFlexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed by our businessPrevious experience with inventory management systemsProficiency in Excel and prior experience with SD (SAP) systems
