Cycle CounterA Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting routine counts of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. This role plays a key part in minimizing inventory errors and supporting efficient warehouse operations.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Perform daily or scheduled cycle counts across warehouse zonesCompare physical counts to system records and investigate discrepanciesUse inventory software or WMS to record and reconcile variancesReport damaged, missing, or misplaced items to supervisorsAssist with inventory audits, stock rotation, and location accuracyCollaborate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain inventory integrityFollow safety and quality standards during all inventory activitiesSkills & Qualifications:Basic math and data entry skillsFamiliarity with warehouse operations and inventory systemsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to lift and move materials as neededQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred.Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.Experience using RF scanners, forklifts, or pallet jacks is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.All job requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
