About the Program Softek is recruiting for a program supporting the Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (DHS/CISA). The program delivers AI/ML-enabled applications, automation, and cloud data engineering on an AWS and Databricks platform, with an emphasis on secure, vendor-agnostic design. Work is performed remotely from the contractor site with occasional travel to the Washington, DC area.
Administer cloud-hosted development, test, and production environments, including identity and access, monitoring, and configuration.
Support CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, patching, and deployment workflows.
Implement role-based access control, logging, and security hardening in line with DHS requirements.
Support incident response, troubleshooting, and operational documentation.
Four or more years of systems administration experience, including two or more years with AWS.
Experience with Linux, scripting, IAM, and monitoring tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
AWS SysOps or Security certification.
