To support various Grid Solutions projects, the full-time Cybersecurity Risk Analyst will conduct Threat and Risk Assessments, identify and prioritize cybersecurity risks, and collaborate with teams to implement mitigation measures, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Planning and performing Cybersecurity Threat and Risk Analyses for IT and OT systems across Grid Solutions projects Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing cybersecurity risks, including assessing risk scenarios and attack vectors Facilitating threat and risk analysis workshops with project members and security specialists Required qualifications Bachelor or Master in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Experience in cybersecurity threat and risk assessment, threat modeling, and risk prioritization in OT or product security Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 and other relevant standards such as CRA, NIS-2, and ISO 27001/27005 Understanding of industrial control systems, network architectures, and protocols Ability to moderate TRA workshops and align multidisciplinary stakeholders
