Managing a dedicated rapid-response work queue, the full-time Cybersecurity Rapid Response Lead will triage urgent cybersecurity data calls and coordinate team efforts to ensure compliance with federal mandates while working in a hybrid remote environment in Springfield, VA. Key Responsibilities Triage and deliver urgent cybersecurity data calls, artifact updates, and audit support while minimizing disruption to planned RMF work Coordinate with team members and validate the accuracy and completeness of responses before release Track requests and escalate issues related to conflicting deadlines and material risks as necessary Required Qualifications U.S. citizenship and a final Secret clearance or higher Relevant degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline Senior-level experience in Federal RMF, audit-response, or cybersecurity operations Broad knowledge of authorization artifacts, vulnerability data, and compliance reporting Ability to prioritize competing demands and produce concise technical responses
