To support a large, technology-driven mobility organization, the contract Cybersecurity Program Analyst will operationalize and advance an enterprise Security Awareness program focused on phishing awareness, cyber-risk reduction, and program metrics, while working remotely with semi-annual onsite travel to St. Louis for meetings. Key responsibilities: Manage operational activities for the enterprise phishing and Security Awareness program, including campaigns and metrics Analyze phishing and security-awareness data to identify trends and develop visual reports for executive leadership Coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure program execution and meet organizational objectives Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in IT Security Awareness program administration Professional experience in cybersecurity practices and project coordination Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and visualization Experience in developing executive-level reports and metrics analysis Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field preferred
