Cybersecurity PAM Manager

Leading the enterprise Privileged Access Management program, the full-time remote Cybersecurity PAM Manager will develop and implement strategies to protect privileged accounts and credentials while managing a team of analysts and collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and reduce access risks. Key responsibilities Own and execute the PAM strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned with Zero Trust principles Lead the deployment and management of CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea for privileged account and session management Oversee the privileged account lifecycle, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and implementing monitoring solutions for high-risk access Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline Minimum 8 years of experience in identity or cybersecurity, with at least 4 years focused on privileged access management Hands-on experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea deployment and operation Experience securing privileged access across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Proven leadership experience managing analysts or engineers in a cybersecurity context
