OT Governance & Standards
- Develop and implement an OT governance framework covering SCADA, industrial networking, and cybersecurity.
- Conduct documentation inventory and gap assessments.
- Establish document lifecycle management, ownership, approval workflows, and review processes.
- Develop standards roadmaps and implementation plans.
SCADA Standards
- Define standards for:
- PLC programming
- HMI development (ISA-101)
- Alarm Management (ISA-18.2)
- Control narratives
- FAT/SAT testing
- Backup & Recovery
- Change Management
- SCADA architecture documentation
