Cybersecurity Manager - WA

To ensure the resilience of IT and OT systems supporting pharmaceutical production, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager - WA will develop and execute a cyber resiliency program, lead incident response efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cybersecurity measures in a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities Develop and implement a site-level cyber resiliency program aligned with organizational policies Lead the site cyber incident response process and oversee disaster recovery strategies for critical systems Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and support regulatory audit readiness related to cybersecurity controls Required qualifications High school diploma or associate's degree with at least six years of relevant work experience; a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field is preferred A minimum of five years of experience in cybersecurity, with three years in a manufacturing or critical infrastructure setting preferred Strong understanding of OT/ICS environments and pharmaceutical manufacturing systems Experience operating within a GxP-regulated environment Familiarity with NIST CSF and IEC 62443 frameworks
