Overseeing cybersecurity governance and compliance processes, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Governance Lead will manage data protection initiatives, risk management frameworks, and security policies while collaborating with IT and business functions. Key responsibilities Lead the implementation of data protection technologies and establish governance processes for data management Conduct cybersecurity maturity assessments and develop key performance indicators for decision-making Create and maintain the Cybersecurity risk register, supporting risk quantification and reporting efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Systems, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management Experience leading cybersecurity projects and familiarity with relevant tools and methodologies Knowledge of cybersecurity risks in manufacturing environments and related compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO27001, CMMC) Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
