8+ years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, specifically operating, building, and investigating threats within SIEM/Splunk
8+ years of experience writing SPL (Splunk Processing Language)
Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, EDR, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with threat detection, incident response, log analysis, and threat hunting
Knowledge of security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&ACK and compliance standards including NIST, HIPAA, or SOC 2
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related fieldSplunk Core Certified User or Splunk Core Certified Advanced Power User certification is highly preferred
