- Design, implement, and managenetwork and cybersecurity architectures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation of systems and data.
- Conductsecurity risk assessments, audits, and gap analyses of policies, standards, procedures, and technical environments.
- Evaluate existing and proposed systems to determinesecurity requirements and controls based on operational needs.
- Applydefense-in-depth principles and network security architecture concepts including topology, protocols, and infrastructure components.
- Identify and assesscritical infrastructure systems and legacy environments that were designed without adequate security considerations.
- Analyze how changes in systems, operations, or environments impactsecurity posture, resilience, and dependability .
- Ensure compliance withstate and federal statutes, regulations, and standards related to information security and computer crime.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders totranslate complex security concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
- Develop and presentsecurity documentation, reports, and recommendations to leadership and technical teams.
- Support incident response planning, vulnerability management, and continuous security improvement initiatives.
