Cyber Workforce Policy AdvisorApex Systems is currently hiring a Cyber Workforce Policy Advisor to support one of our government client in the Washington DC area.Project Details / Mission Supported:Serve as a subject matter expert specializing in the implementation of cyber workforce policy for a DoW client.Oversee the development and coordination of strategic guidance to advance the DoW cyber workforce.Provide expertise to improve cyber human capital and management practices.Transform talent through the implementation of a new human capital program to grow cyber professionals for the DoW.Serve as a trusted advisor with government leaders to develop workforce solutions that address complex talent challenges.Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:10+ years of profession experience + a Bachelor's degreeKnowledge of DoD8140 policyPolicy management and/or policy implementationLocation: Washington, DC 20373Onsite expectation: 1-2x per weekClearance Level: SecretSalary/Pay range: $60-65/hrPlease note: Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Secret security clearance as a condition and continuation of employment*
