To enhance cybersecurity measures, the full-time salaried Cyber Threat Mitigation Lead will manage threat surface management initiatives, drive down security risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Assist in translating vulnerability and threat intelligence data into actionable burndown campaigns with clear ownership and timelines Support application and infrastructure teams in interpreting mitigation requirements and validating implementation in compliance tools Lead the threat surface management squad, mentoring analysts and enhancing team capabilities through technical expertise Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cyber Security 5+ years of experience in threat surface management, vulnerability management, or cyber defense 3+ years of experience in driving remediation or mitigation campaigns across teams 3+ years of experience with threat intelligence and exposure data application for prioritization Hands-on experience with security control platforms such as EDR and SIEM
