Cyber Threat Analyst

To support a multi-tenant Managed Security Services Provider environment, the full-time Cyber Threat Analyst (Tier 2) will lead complex investigations, perform incident response activities, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead investigations involving various cyber threats, including malware and insider threats Perform incident response activities such as forensic triage, evidence collection, and post-incident reporting Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 analysts during complex investigations and security events Required qualifications US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 3 years in Security Operations Center or related environments Strong understanding of modern attacker methodologies and experience investigating cybersecurity incidents Experience operating enterprise SIEM platforms and EDR technologies
