Roles & Responsibilities
Services
- Lead technical architecture planning and solution design for the CISO Banamex Divestiture Phase 2 – Localization program.
- Define target-state architecture, transition approach, integration patterns, and security-aligned technical solutions.
- Assess infrastructure, identity, network, DNS/DDI, and security dependencies to identify technical risks, gaps, and remediation needs.
- Review and validate technical designs, migration plans, implementation approaches, and operational readiness artifacts.
- Collaborate with project, engineering, security, network, and operations teams to ensure architecture alignment and delivery readiness.
- Support technical governance, design reviews, stakeholder discussions, and architecture-level risk mitigation.
- Develop and maintain required architecture documentation, design specifications, dependency maps, and handover materials.
