Cyber Security Project Manager
Location : Indianapolis- Hybrid
The PM will drive three parallel workstreams—Existing Sites, In-Flight Sites, and Future Sites—ensuring coordinated execution, clear ownership, and timely escalation of risks and dependencies.
Core Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and continuously maintain the master transition schedule across all three workstreams.
- Serve as the day-to-day project point of contact with Corelight, coordinating delivery, deployment activities, timelines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate across Cyber, MQ Technology, and EC teams to align schedules, resources, technical dependencies, and site readiness.
- Track milestones, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies across the program.
- Own program status reporting, providing clear updates to leadership on progress, risks, decisions, and required escalations.
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and ensure timely follow-up on commitments.
- Identify schedule or execution risks early and drive resolution or escalation.
- Maintain clear visibility into site-level readiness and transition progress.
Required Background
- Strong project management fundamentals, including:
- Multi-workstream scheduling and planning
- Cross-functional stakeholder coordination
- Vendor management
- Risk and issue management
- Executive-level status reporting
- Demonstrated experience managing technical transitions, integrations, or migrations involving multiple stakeholder groups and a fixed timeline.
- Relevant experience may include:
- M&A or divestiture integration PM
- Infrastructure or technology transitions
- Platform migrations
- Enterprise technology implementations
- Vendor-led technical deployments
Strongly Preferred — Not Required
- Experience with manufacturing OT/ICS or IoT security, including network sensors, plant-floor deployments, or IT/OT boundary considerations.
- Familiarity with cyber network monitoring and detection platforms, such as Corelight, Nozomi, or similar technologies.
- Experience coordinating technology deployments across multiple physical manufacturing or industrial sites.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a strong execution-oriented PM who can manage a complex, time-bound technology transition without requiring deep cybersecurity expertise. They should be comfortable coordinating technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders; maintaining a detailed integrated schedule; surfacing risks early; and translating project-level detail into concise leadership updates.
OT/cyber domain expertise is a plus, but strong PM execution, coordination, and vendor-management skills are the primary requirements.
