Our fintech client is hiring a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and support identity and access management across a security-driven environment. This is a hands-on role focused on identity governance, authentication, and authorization.
The engineer will work with tools like Saviynt, SailPoint, and Ping to manage user lifecycles, SSO, MFA, and access controls across cloud and enterprise systems. The role partners closely with Security and Engineering teams to support compliance, improve access automation, and respond to IAM-related incidents.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate the IAM governance program, managing core platforms including Saviynt and Okta
- Build and maintain IAM automations using Python, SQL, and API integrations across identity systems
- Manage birthright access, entitlement models, access requests, and certification campaigns across the organization
- Design and maintain automated onboarding and offboarding workflows within Saviynt
- Deploy and manage SSO integrations and identity policies in Okta, including infrastructure managed through Terraform
