Cyber Security Analyst (Senior)The Cyber Security Analyst (Senior) provides expert-level cybersecurity support for Navy systems, ensuring compliance with DoD and Department of the Navy security requirements. This role leads Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, supports system authorization processes, and ensures that systems meet stringent cybersecurity standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Risk Management Framework (RMF) processesDevelop and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs), POA&Ms, and authorization packagesSupport Authority to Operate (ATO) efforts and security reviewsSecurity Assessment & ComplianceConduct and validate security control assessments in accordance with DoD standardsEvaluate system configurations and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policiesReview and prepare security artifacts for submission and approvalVulnerability ManagementOversee vulnerability scanning, risk assessments, and remediation effortsAnalyze findings and implement corrective actionsTrack vulnerabilities and ensure timely resolutionSecurity Operations & MonitoringSupport continuous monitoring activitiesAnalyze security logs and identify potential threats or anomaliesProvide guidance on incident response and mitigation strategiesStakeholder CollaborationCoordinate with system owners, ISSOs, engineers, and leadershipProvide cybersecurity guidance and recommendationsSupport audits, inspections, and compliance reviewsRequirementsBachelor's degree + 15 years experience OR 20+ years relevant experienceStrong experience with:RMF / ATO processesDoD cybersecurity frameworksActive Secret clearance
