Cyber Security AnalystCompensation: $70,000 - $76,000 Base + Bonus + BenefitsStart Date: ASAPLocation: Greater Nashville AreaOverview: Cyber Security AnalystWe are searching for a Cyber Security Analyst to join an IT team that supports an industry-leading organization. The ideal candidate would be in search of a platform to grow and advance in their career as a cyber security professional. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience and the desire to be a key member of a team transforming Cyber Security for an industry-leading company.

If you have experience leading projects at a large scale, great, however it is not required to be a contributor day one.Minimum Requirements: Cyber Security AnalystAssociate's Degree or additional relative years of experienceExperience or education in Application Development2+ years of experience in Information Security at a medium/large size organizationPreferred Experience: Cyber Security AnalystUnderstanding of business IT needs/requirements and emerging technologies with the ability to relate them to the company's business objectivesExperience with Enterprise-grade Antivirus productsExperience with Log aggregation or SIEM toolsExperience with Internet filter software for client platforms/devicesExperience with Email filtering and security platformsExperience with VPN softwareExperience with encryption for end user devicesExperience supporting Executive leaders and Management level associates directlyExperience using Enterprise ticketing systemsExperience with security for ICS or SCADAExperience with EDRExperience with Web ProxyExperience troubleshooting Windows and MAC systemsResponsibilities: Cyber Security AnalystMonitor security tools and reports indicators of compromise.Work with other Analysts and Engineers to investigate security events.Review and maintains process/procedural documentation.Review logs/alerts and performs tasks on security systems and applications.Perform User Account Management tasks including on-boarding / off-boarding of users and managing accounts.Perform daily reporting of security relevant events to leadership.Troubleshoot access issues and answers general inquiries regarding information security practices or security access.Interface with Security management and staff to identify potential risks. Collaborate with other team members on strategic direction, technologies, concepts and standards.Follow established processes and procedures to ensure compliance with policy. Reports all suspicious activity or non-compliant access to management.Provide daily customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintains good relationships with other teams, system owners, business units, and users. Ensures communication is customer focused and professional.Perform ad-hoc reporting in support of various initiatives.
