Seeking a full-time Cyber Risk Defense Consultant specializing in Splunk and Cribl engineering, this remote position will manage and enhance an enterprise Splunk environment to support cyber threat missions while ensuring the integrity and reliability of data security across systems and networks. Key responsibilities: Oversee business-specific projects and coordinate resources to meet organizational goals in cyber security Lead proactive monitoring and response efforts to emerging threats against the network Facilitate communication between technical teams and senior leadership, driving improvements in security posture Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics, or a related field Minimum eight (8) years of experience in IT or a related field, including at least two (2) years in information security or network engineering Two (2) years of experience in an informal leadership role with project or technical teams Knowledge and professional experience supporting Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments Possession of Splunk Architect and/or Splunk Administration Certification(s)
