Duties
Manage complex civil litigation and support all aspects of disputes. Engage directly with clients and manage discovery processes. Prepare for depositions, hearings, and draft motions. Collaborate with the eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support team.
Requirements
12+ years of complex civil litigation experience. Strong academic credentials and legal research skills. Exceptional writing and oral communication abilities. Membership to the State Bar of California is required.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
Certifications
Admitted to the State Bar of California.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience
Experience in cyber/data/privacy litigation is highly valued.
