Duties

- Prepare for depositions and hearings.
- Draft motions and mediation statements.
- Work directly with clients on litigation matters.
Requirements
- 12+ years of complex civil litigation experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Membership to the State Bar of the desired office.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
Certifications
- State Bar membership.
