Duties

  • Manage complex civil litigation cases independently and as part of a team.
  • Engage in discovery processes with support from eDiscovery and Litigation Support teams.
  • Prepare for depositions, hearings, and draft motions and mediation statements.
  • Collaborate directly with clients on litigation matters.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of complex civil litigation experience.
  • Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication abilities.
  • Membership to the State Bar of the desired office location.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the State Bar.
