A V-10, AmLaw Top 50 firm are looking for a Litigation Associate to join their Cyber, Privacy and Data Innovation team across any of their US offices which include (but not limited to) New York, Boston, Washington D.C, Miami. This is a cutting-edge practice with over 40 Attorneys sitting across a number of offices both in the US and internationally. - Working across a range of clients in the firm's industry verticals of technology, finance, life sciences, and energy
- Assist in managing all aspects of discovery and actively involved in deposition and hearing preparation, motion drafting, mediation statements
In order to be successful, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in litigation, ideally with exposure to cyber/data/privacy but not essential
- Possess strong academic credentials
- Membership to the State Bar of the desired office
