Supporting the day-to-day execution of vulnerability management workflows, the full-time Cyber Operator will work remotely to monitor vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation efforts, and produce clear documentation for both technical and leadership audiences. Key responsibilities Execute workflows for vulnerability management, including validation, remediation coordination, and risk-acceptance governance Monitor and analyze scanning outputs and threat feeds to identify and prioritize emerging vulnerabilities Create and manage remediation tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and coordination with business-unit owners Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, IT operations, or a related field Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, including vulnerabilities, patching, and risk fundamentals Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines Comfort collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues and a willingness to learn new tools and workflows
